**Job Summary**

ATG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain and repair generators, ventilation, air conditioning systems, electrical systems, and small engines.
  • Conduct plumbing and carpentry tasks as required.
  • Operate and perform routine maintenance on site equipment, including tractors, trimmers, riding lawn mowers, floor buffers, herbicide applicators, and herbicide tanks.
  • Perform routine grounds keeping, including herbicide applications, and maintain antenna and site fencing, access roads, and minor building repair and appearance.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to provide certifications and/or proof of relevant schools attended.
  • Public Trust clearance.
