Job Summary:

Coficab is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing raw material specifications and quotations, as well as overseeing personnel management and lean and six sigma tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage raw material specifications and quotations
  • Oversee personnel management
  • Implement lean and six sigma tools
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Automotive industry or cable manufacturing
  • Proficient in Process Quality Core Tools, Quality tools, APQP, PPAPS, MSA, SPC, and VDA
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to travel
  • Schedule availability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in purchasing raw materials
  • 3 years of experience in quality or engineering
  • 3 years of experience in core tools
  • 3 years of experience in VDA

Language Requirements:

  • English 80%
  • Available to travel 25%
