Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the development of a holistic enterprise process approach aligned to the company's vision.
  • Ensure end-to-end process performance through process design and execution, guaranteeing the right connections among different Enterprise Process Architecture components and multifunctional teams.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to identify process updates and continuous improvements, driving higher agility and efficiency.
  • Support the connections and consistency across all Enterprise Process Model (EPM) processes to enable consumer and customer requirements, aligned to the company's vision.
  • Undertake systems and manual process analysis, process design, and modeling to drive business process improvement.
  • Define process KPIs for accurate business process measurement and develop supporting material for operational and support processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute business process documentation to stakeholders.
  • Represent the team at designated meetings and respond to questions/tasks related to business process management/modeling.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in creating or redesigning business processes.
  • Knowledge of process documentation methodologies.
