Eaton's IS AER ITD division is seeking a highly skilled CNC Engineer to join our team.

**Job Summary**

As a CNC Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and controlling production processes, including labor time standards, process specifications, and statistical process controls. You will review existing processes and make recommendations for revisions when necessary. Your goal will be to ensure that machining processes meet customer expectations and comply with internal and external procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain labor time standards for each operation in the MRP system.
- Create and control Manufacturing Job Instructions and Standard work.
- Define sequence of operations by creating, releasing, and controlling Production Routers.
- Establish and document Labor Time Standards for each operation in the MRP system.
- Conduct and lead A3 solving problems & improvement projects.
- Develop and assure to update the PFMEA's (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) as needed.
- Review and write fabrication procedures, including detailed production station instructions/visual aids as required.
- Examine and suggest improvements to Cutting tooling, machinery, processes, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions with cost analysis.
- Meet production and cost goals through diligent KPI's.
- Provide idea leadership to the MRB team, including corrective actions.
- Develop feasibility studies relating to the purchase of special equipment/machines and initiate R.O.I. and cost reduction support data

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or University in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer.
- 5 years' experience in Manufacturing and Quality Engineering dealing with: machining (lathes & mills), detail fabrication assembly, TIG welding, Brazing.
- Proven experience with CAD-CAM systems, CNC Machine programming, setup, and operation. 2D and 3D and above drafting and modeling.
- Experience on CNC Machines
- Advanced Level of English.
