We are seeking a highly skilled Metallurgy Coordinator to join our team at American Axle & Manufacturing. As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, we design, engineer, and manufacture Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Conduct metallurgical analysis and testing to ensure quality and consistency of materials.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize production efficiency.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or metallurgical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
