About the RoleYou'll be responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects, collaborating with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
This includes staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and mentoring other engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and help them grow in their careers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud services and technologies.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- At least 4 years of people management experience.
- Master's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS or another cloud service.
- 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.
- 7+ years of people management experience.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
