Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized testing methodologies to improve software quality and reliability
  • Implement and maintain automation scripts and test automation frameworks to accelerate testing and release cycles
  • Plan, schedule, and implement testing projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives and ensure project goals are met
  • Perform functional, application, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain quality testing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Provide metrics and results from testing efforts to support business decisions related to software quality
  • Recommend and evaluate test automation and performance tools to improve testing efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
  • 3 years' relevant experience in software quality assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in test automation and scripting in C# or Java
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud and virtualization testing environments and deployment testing
  • Strong technical skills with a variety of business software tools
  • Experience with QA-related tools for requirements management, test management, and defect tracking
  • Fluency in English
