About the Role

We are PepsiCo, a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and growth. As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving business success by leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Excellence (S&OE) agenda for Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement S&OP and S&OE processes to ensure alignment across Commercial, Finance, and Sales Teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure strategies and plans are reflected in accordance with reality.
  • Provide visibility to top management on approved Walmart S&OP and S&OE plans.
  • Monitor and track Walmart Sales & KPIs aligned to commercial initiatives and market performance.
  • Partner with marketing, commercial, finance, operations, and sales teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Financial or Industrial Engineer background (or similar).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience in customer care or planning-related areas.
  • Adept at dashboard development and usage of databases.
