Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Manufacturing to join our team. As a key member of our Quality and Continuous Improvement department, you will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, performing data analytics, and leveraging insights and visualizations to optimize the efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop process documentation related to manufacturing, ERP, and other operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze and report on data, using data visualization tools to represent the data in a business-friendly manner.
  • Manage centralized QA documentation, ensuring compliance with document templates and notifying senior levels of any issues.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics to drive better business outcomes.
  • Support data stewardship and data governance activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Project coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and with limited supervision.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with business intelligence tools like PowerBI and spreadsheet software like Excel and Smart Sheets.
  • Interpersonal skills, with professional communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to build trusting relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
