Key Responsibilities
- We apply the specific project plan to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- We lead the design process, ensuring that our solutions meet economic targets and adhere to standardization rules.
- We coordinate design reviews and ensure that all necessary stakeholders are involved.
- We represent the R&D function at customer meetings and interface with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- We report progress and escalate issues to our project managers or R&D managers as needed.
Management of R&D Contributors
- We manage the daily activities of our R&D contributors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- We assign work packages and monitor progress to ensure that our projects are on track.
- We collaborate with our R&D managers and product managers to ensure alignment between needs and availability.
About the Role
- This is a full-time position within our Site Projects organization.
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.
- This is a permanent contract position.
