About the Role

The Value Stream Supervisor is a key position within the Value Stream's safety, quality, delivery, and cost strategies. This role is responsible for the culture, safety, compliance with volume, quality, time, and cost objectives for manufacturing the product of the line for which they are responsible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure and promote compliance with Safety, Quality, Deliveries, and Cost objectives, making efficient use of resource management of the assigned production lines.
  • Manage, coordinate, and develop the staff under charge, according to the necessary skills per position and development plans, favoring an excellent work environment.
  • Carry out performance evaluations of the personnel in charge.
  • Propose and collaborate on improvements to production processes through updates to standard operation documents (CBS).
  • Allocate the time and personnel required from the production lines for studies and validations in the implementation of APQP Core Tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related.
  • English level: Advanced.
  • Experience in:
    • Desirable 4 Years in CBS Tools.
    • Desirable 5 Years in Personnel Management.
    • Desirable 2 Years in Production Management, SQDC KPIs.
  • Desirable knowledge: CBS Tools, Personnel Management, Production Management, Analysis and Problem Solving, Quality Management Systems, APQP Core Tools.
