About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Channel Specialist to join our team at Hotelbeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue through the optimization of online marketing channels and advising on new trends in online marketing, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, managing issues quickly and accurately, and ensuring that service levels meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, defining targets, monitoring sales and quality of service, and implementing action plans to maximize revenue.
  • Online Marketing: Advise on online marketing trends, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and investment in search engine marketing (SEM) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Advise on pricing and revenue management improvement plans for the direct channel.
  • Product Development: Implement new value-added products offered by Hotelbeds to clients.
  • Client Needs: Meet client needs regarding changes in marketing and coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests.
  • Loyalty: Maintain contact with clients, assess progress, and identify opportunities to increase loyalty.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Careful analysis of control KPIs to detect trends and their causes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Maintaining a commercial mentality when dealing with client needs.
  • Flexibility: Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proactivity: Identifying opportunities to offer solutions to clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in trends in the direct channel sector, competition, and destination.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of online marketing tools and techniques, as well as Hotelbeds' tools and products.
