**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and productive layouts
- Develop and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment
- Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions
- Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency
- Investigate and initiate corrective action for problems and deficiencies
- Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control
- Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Advanced English language skills
