At Te Connectivity, our Materials Planning Teams play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials through our production cycle. We determine the quantity and order date for materials to meet production schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop schedules based on forecasts and historical analysis.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience. They will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, advanced English language skills, and SAP experience is required. Strong organizational and communication skills, time management, and proven computer skills are essential.

We are looking for someone who can deal with fast-paced multiple demands and dynamic situations, maintain integrated computer systems, and ensure data accuracy. MFGPro experience is preferred. Our team focuses on Project-based business and ETO Parts, following best practices to ensure correct administration of MPS/MRP/CAP parameters for planning, system usage, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer requirements, participating in new product introductions, inventory management, negotiating potential product end-of-life activities, and material flow by cost center. They will manage plant manufacturing requirements according to inventory policy and plant capacities, direct contact with Customer Service to establish agreements and coordinate on-time delivery, and administer expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at the distribution center and plant by division.
