Key Responsibilities- Data Process and Data Quality
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in analyzing the sequential selection nature of our CCV operations.
- Design and implement processes to cycle through daily intake files, tracking and warehousing changes from day to day.
- Transform changes to identify potential data loss, estimate potential risk for operations, and evaluate data consistency over time.
- Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure data quality and work with the team to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform data analysis, data mining, and identify root causes of issues using SQL.
- Transform data into actionable information and reporting using business intelligence tools.
- Assist the Engineering/Tools team with new business requirements and help them with functional specifications.
- Automate and refine processes, track issues, and document changes.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Health Science, Computer Science, or Business.
- 4-6 years of experience with data analysis and data transformation skills using database and business intelligence applications.
- Strong knowledge of MSSQL, stored procedures, and other data tools to analyze diverse data sets.
- Strong judgment regarding time-based analysis and ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
