British American Tobacco is seeking a talented Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless inventory management, demand analysis, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and production capacities to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to maintain KPIs and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate production plans and optimize production wheels, MOQ, and machine capacities.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure timely shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiate with markets to reach mutually beneficial agreements within the supply chain.
  • Lead meetings to present KPIs and action plans to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Desirable SAP knowledge or similar planning system.
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
