Job Summary

Haleon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in the field of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
  • Support Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing materials, such as blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms: Help manage and monitor social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Assist with Event Planning and Coordination: Support the planning, organization, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and Report on Marketing Performance: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay Updated on Marketing Trends and Industry Best Practices: Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and strategies to contribute innovative ideas and approaches to marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to Brand Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Assist in developing brand guidelines, updating brand assets, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Provide General Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing budgets and expenses.
  • Participate in Training and Professional Development: Actively participate in marketing training programs, webinars, and workshops to enhance marketing knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous marketing internship or relevant experience is a plus.
