Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex predictive models to assess credit risk and identify potential areas of concern.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to support business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and ensure that our analytics solutions are aligned with the latest standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and develop effective solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in risk analytics and modelling, with a strong background in statistical and machine learning methods.
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, and MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data table operations, including SQL and BigQuery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
