About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our LATAM team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve our hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve our hiring goals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, particularly in transportation and connected mobility solutions & molding industries.
  • Business Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including Molex Business HR, Molex Business Leaders & Hiring Supervisors, Compliance & Legal, to understand business objectives and attract top talent.
  • Recruitment Operations: Ensure the efficient use of ATS technology (Avature), recruiting metrics, and market data to drive strategic business decisions and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale recruitment projects, leveraging agile methodologies to drive results and improve recruitment operations.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams, with a strong ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Significant experience in recruiting, with a focus on engineering and manufacturing sectors, particularly in transportation and connected mobility solutions & molding industries.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
