About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate commercial supply agreements with suppliers, ensuring that contracts are fair, transparent, and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
  • Analyze and Identify Opportunities: Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and other factors to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, quality, and engineering teams, to ensure that sourcing strategies align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
