About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate at IWG plc. As a key member of our center team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to our members, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention, including organizing events and activities that promote a sense of community.
• Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve business objectives and improve the overall member experience.
• Collaborate with other center staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and a positive member experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
• Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
• B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
