Program Manager, MX FBA, Profit and Analytics Role

Are you a strategic leader looking to drive business growth and profitability in a fast-paced, innovative company? We are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our MX FBA Profit and Analytics team at Amazon.

This team is responsible for ensuring our stakeholders and leaders have the data they need to make informed decisions and drive business success. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for setting the data roadmap, managing stakeholders, and designing and building data solutions to provide insights and drive business outcomes. Our team works closely with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across teams.

We are looking for a highly analytical and self-starting individual with experience in program or project management, data analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven insights for better decision making.
  • Design and build data solutions to track business and product success.
  • Manage local data infrastructure and collaborate with global teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and communicate complex technical problems in simple, plain stories.
  • Automate manual data processes and ensure data quality and validation.
  • Earn trust among stakeholders with different roles, responsibilities, geographical locations, and cultures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of program or project management experience
  • 4+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Fluency in English
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing
