As an International Trade Compliance Specialist, you will provide support to comply with IMMEX certification requirements, train Supply Chain personnel related certifications, and identify performance improvement and cost savings.

Main Responsibilities:

Control and keep updated Annex 24Control and keep updated Annex 31Obtain and renew permits for rule 8th for items not available under USMCARequest, review, and approve USMCA certificateGenerate and submit Monthly Submaquiladores ReportCompare performance data stage vs Annex 24 ProgramSupport SCS and Customs procedure creation and updatesGenerate and submit INEGI reportLaunch cost reduction initiativesParticipate in OEA and CTPAT compliance efforts, including reports and trainingReview and approve pedimento closure

Requirements:

An International Commerce/International Business/Administration bachelor's degree is required. 2+ years of experience in Annex 24 is also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, along with strong planning and organizational skills, effective communication (verbal and written), analytical/data-driven abilities, and fluency in English.
