About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Lead to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects focused on Indirect Cost optimization across Danfoss factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement Indirect Cost optimization potentials, ensuring buy-in from relevant stakeholders and defining scope.
  • Support the identification of improvement potentials within indirect cost areas, such as MRO, Energy, Logistics, and Packaging.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps, ensure timely execution, and actively participate in preparing business cases and implementation plans.
  • Drive Performance Management to follow up on activities, provide corrective actions, and challenge teams to reach stretch targets.
  • Search and share best practices proactively within a global network.
