Our operations are divided into two primary sectors: The Engine Group, which focuses on developing air management solutions and products that optimize engine performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions reduction. Our expertise encompasses engine timing systems, boosting technologies, ignition systems, as well as air and noise management, cooling, and control systems. The Drivetrain Group, with over a century of industry innovation, specializes in transmission and all-wheel drive technologies, leveraging its deep understanding of powertrain clutching technology to create interactive control systems and strategies for torque management.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounts Receivable at our SLP PDS Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily, monthly, weekly, and annual billing reports.
- Manage accounts receivable on behalf of the organization.
- Prepare and code invoices for the Mexican market.
- Assist clients with debit and credit notes.
- Execute administrative tasks within the accounting department.
- Maintain records, controls, reconciliations, and the purification of customer accounts receivable.
- Schedule and prepare collections in line with agreed purchase order conditions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding accounts receivable.
- Comply with the Matrix of Responsibilities and Authorities of the Environmental Management System.
- Actively engage in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and plant engagement activities.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related commercial field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts receivable systems and billing processes.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
