- Monitor and analyze shipment data, including weight, charges, efficiency, and lost opportunities, to identify areas for improvement.

- Plan and execute shipping and delivery between contract manufacturing operations, packaging sites, and customers.
- Optimize material flow throughout the plant site to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, queries, claims, and cost checking, in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Proven experience in logistics planning, coordination, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and formulate improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with shipping software and freight forwarders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
