About the Role:

At Polaris Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and innovation in our liquid paint operation area.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to optimize paint processes through efficiency and improvement of operational metrics, ensuring production and operational targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement cost-efficient production methods across the operation
  • Plan and coordinate activities necessary to produce specified products within safety, quality, and cost standards of the Liquid Paint Process
  • Analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods and standards, designing solutions to problems affecting operator safety, quality, productivity, and cost
  • Lead trials of new projects, generating effective process control and methods design, and costs of new tooling, with proper reports and action plans for safe launch and successful results

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • English language skills
  • Core tools knowledge

Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
