The Plant Quality Leader will cultivate a quality-centric culture throughout the entire facility, ensuring that our products consistently meet or surpass customer expectations. Key Duties Include:

  • Fostering a quality-driven environment by overseeing Quality Control, Laboratory, and Compliance teams.
  • Building a diverse and high-performing workforce capable of driving growth while maintaining compliance.
  • Providing strategic direction and vision for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identifying critical leverage points to enhance quality outcomes.
  • Establishing credibility with management to improve product design and supply quality.
  • Ensuring Quality Control and Assurance throughout various manufacturing stages, from raw material intake to distribution, guaranteeing products meet or exceed company standards.
  • Leading the implementation and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Regularly analyzing quality systems to ensure the integrity of our QMS and reporting any issues to senior management.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for third-party and regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Overseeing document management of company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Managing the Change Control process within operations.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives through collaboration with operational teams, applying best practices.
  • Overseeing Supplier Quality Management and evaluation programs.
  • Managing calibration programs and standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Department, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Supplier Quality Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field (Industrial, Chemical, Packaging, etc.).
  • Intermediate proficiency in English for effective communication and report generation.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, including Excel and Power BI.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality data management systems and statistical process control.
  • Experience with digital QMS systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance management, particularly ISO 9000.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
