Job Description
We are currently searching for a Service Desk Specialist - English/Portuguese:
The ideal candidate will provide customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently, assist users via phone, email, or chat, and troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to maintain service standards.

Requirements
- Experience in customer support or service desk roles
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Availability to work on-site in Monterrey or Saltillo
Languages
- Advanced Oral and Written English
- Advanced Oral and Written Portuguese
- Native Spanish
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
