As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our electronic invoicing function, sales reconciliation for local tax authorities, and general ledger reconciliations. You will also be responsible for administering our Corporate Card program and supporting our internal controls self-assessment.
Key Responsibilities- Process electronic invoices, credit notes, and payment documents according to tax authorities
- Reconcile invoices processed in Oracle vs warehouse shipment report
- Reconcile sales account vs tax authority information
- Calculate and review revenue recognition at end-month process
- Administer Corporate Card program and support internal controls self-assessment
- 6 years of experience in general accounting
- Knowledge of software packages: Windows, accounting software, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented
- Good analytical skills, flexible, and adaptable
