We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst II to join our team at Itt, Inc. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Accounts Receivable efforts by ensuring collections tracking and follow-up with customers.
- Support financial analysis and track expenses vs. plan.
- Support cost & inventory analysis, working with cost accounting on requirements related to cycle count program, internal audits, and ad-hoc requirements.
- Support Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations, ensuring SOX compliance.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration.
- 3+ Years of experience in a manufacturing environment in accounting positions.
- General accounting skills, financial and cost analysis skills, and experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BPCS).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
