ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This position is integral to the DBS function.
The individual in this role will be tasked with comprehending the market landscape and key competitors, utilizing business intelligence tools like MicroStrategy to oversee initiatives, forecasts, and promotions from various angles to evaluate their effectiveness. The outcome will be executive presentations that pinpoint market opportunities and enhance our understanding of consumer behavior, facilitating informed business decisions and serving as a dependable information source for other departments. This role is crucial in identifying and analyzing category trends to convert data into strategic insights.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and lead structured deliverables for designated categories. Gain insights into our brands, competitor brands, and significant category trends. Identify primary market drivers influencing brand performance and success. Conduct detailed analyses of performance across essential sales metrics (STW, STR, RSD, Marlin) to uncover key trends and influences. Prepare concise executive analyses and presentations for director-level stakeholders (both local and global). Collaborate across all business categories, striving for best practices and standardizing processes and deliverables. Maintain ongoing communication with partners to understand needs and opportunities, adding value alongside the team.IS THIS YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

Proficient in data analysis and delivering actionable insights. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (Forecasting, Brand teams, Growth Management, Insights, Planning and Deployment, and Trade Marketing). Experience with the S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) process. Background in data analysis/insights. Familiarity with Business Reporting. Proficient in Excel (preferred). Experience in data reporting and management (preferred). Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Microstrategy or similar). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration. Proven track record of 3+ years in Commercial/market analysis or a related field.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
