**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Specialist to join our team at Nemak. As a key resource for the support and operations of global solutions, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our global IT strategy across all regions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and manage all Software Factory processes to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and procedures, consistently delivering value to the Nemak enterprise.
  • Verify and manage the proper functioning of the Global Applications infrastructure, ensuring it remains up-to-date, secure, and available.
  • Perform vendor management activities, including contract management and documentation, service review and evaluation, payment and billing follow-up.
  • Support and ticketing follow-up with the AMS team, ensuring compliance and utilization of the Nemak ITSMS platform.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, IT, and/or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in Applications Support, Software Factories, Application Development, Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, XP), Infrastructure, and Project Management.
  • English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency desired.
