About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Learning Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organizational capabilities and development of business associates by executing and evaluating learning strategies that generate a competitive advantage and the best culture for PepsiCo within the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national learning plans to ensure the development of business associates from frontline to middle manager positions.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new associates to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate learning strategies, including values, code of conduct, anti-bribery, and security awareness, across all associates within the specified timeframe.
  • Manage STPS training requirements for every site within your scope.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the needs of your scope and design learning strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate deployments of learning strategies with clients to ensure productivity and smart spending.
  • Report learning results in the Learning SDT dashboard within the specified timeframe every month.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure control and support during site audits and regulatory visits.
