Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon, MX. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by designing and maintaining the Quality System in the value stream.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the Quality System in the value stream.
  • Perform advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the quality system are aligned with company standards.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve nonconformances.
  • Investigate problems related to purchased finished, rough, and interplant material.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate non-conformance data.
  • Conduct measurements systems analysis.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, or related field.
  • Practical knowledge of APQP concepts, PFMEA, Control Plan, SWES, MSA.
  • Ability to manage value stream Quality metrics: PPM, FPY, Scrap, BIQ F/N/M.
  • Understanding of Non-Conforming Product Management process.
  • Knowledge of software systems: ETQ, SAP, Infinity, AQE.
