Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Material Planner to join our team in Silao - Las Colinas. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing gross requirements and inventories, maintaining SAP demands and requirements, and identifying potential risks to cover production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain SAP demands, requirements, and material master data.
- Identify and act on potential risks to cover production plans according to procedure.
- Analysis of demand fluctuation to request additional or cancel requirements from suppliers.
- Establish negotiations with suppliers in case of demand fluctuations, backlogs, quality issues, etc.
- Monitor raw material transit to ensure reception.
- Manage SAP reports to review all topics related to material planning.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Engineering or Administration.
- Advanced English language skills (interviews will be conducted in English).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Desirable: SAP MM experience, ERP knowledge, and advanced Office tools, especially Excel.
