As an HR Shared Services Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting employees, HR teams, and managers with their Human Resources needs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:

Thoroughly document inquiries using the case management tool, ensuring accurate recording of required information in accordance with policies and practices. Track and follow up on employee-related matters, guaranteeing timely resolution and meeting SLA requirements.

Onboarding:

Complete and track new hire activities from offer letter creation through the end of their onboarding process. Initiate business-specific tasks required during the onboarding process, coordinate immigration and relocation processes, and interact with immigration consultants and vendors to establish correct documentation, procedures, and requirements for external hires.

HRIS:

Ensure data integrity and quality in the HRIS databases as well as in the Case Management System. Support HRIS data records and workflow pertaining to employees, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and consistent entries related to cost center transfers, password reset, etc. Generate standard HRIS reports as requested and participate in testing instances for new HRIS rollouts.

Payroll:

Action payroll-related items to support overall payroll, complete tax documents, and perform assigned payroll audits with respect to payroll deadlines.

Talent Acquisition:

Validate job details provided by hiring managers meet posting criteria, assign recruiters to validated requisitions, schedule briefing meetings between managers and recruiters, maintain data records pertaining to employee tracking, process HR invoices, initiate employee notifications, prepare various employee letters outside of the HRIS workflow, participate in audits, upload ROE's, and coordinate post-termination activities.

Requirements:

We're seeking an experienced professional with 2 years of experience in HR or an administrative support role or a University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. Proficiency in English is essential, along with strong organizational skills, ability to work well in a team environment, handle situations tactfully, prioritize duties, meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain discretion when dealing with personal and confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is also required. A strong attention to detail and solid critical thinking skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
