This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr Program Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Program Management Manager, you will guide a team of cross-functional experts in delivering customer-focused products and services, while overseeing project, pricing, and program strategies to drive business value and customer satisfaction.

  • Direct program schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.
  • Drive action items based on results, tracking relevant metrics and improving processes.
  • Provide expertise in contract negotiations and interdepartmental coordination, ensuring product development timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each program phase, recruiting or assigning personnel as needed.
  • Manage customer relationships, resolving issues, and conducting satisfaction reviews.
  • Maintain current and develop new business with customers, ensuring project and program deliverables are met.
  • Promote excellent customer relations, supporting production sites and handling customer-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and respect, with excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration or program management is desirable.
  • Advanced experience as a Program Manager is mandatory.
  • Experience in metals, mechanical, or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams and P&L analysis experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes and financial aspects.
