Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with plant managers to implement operational excellence tools and ensure consistency in methods and tools.
- Support regular Operational Excellence Road Map reviews and prepare improvement plans.
- Investigate production and production-related areas to identify improvement potentials and analyze causes.
- Develop and implement suggestions for improvement and necessary measures.
- Analyze improvement projects and prepare standards for technical or organizational processes and logistic workflows.
- Design work systems to improve production process flows under ergonomic aspects.
- Update industrial engineering data and fields of the routing as needed.
- Check adherence to planned working methods and calculated cycle times.
- Support capacity planning and resource relocation, and check necessary capacities in the event of significant changes in planning.
- Coordinate comprehensive and sustainable group work application by continuous support of groups, group leaders, and supervisors.
- Ensure concept-related qualification of groups, group leaders, and supervisors.
- Take responsibility for solving problems during the proper implementation of and adherence to agreed targets and performance indicators of the related group work concept.
- University degree
- More than 2 up to 3 years of experience
- SAP (Preferred) or ERP similar
- English (advance)
