Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team at AutoZone. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless loading of external and internal files into our ERP application, maintaining optimal database and application performance, and providing solutions to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes and data sources to effectively support post-production issues.
- Collaborate with the Finance Technology Manager to administer data access security rights, assist with system maintenance requests, and serve as a backup for ERP administration.
- Assist in the installation of ERP upgrades, including security patches, and suggest improvements to maintenance routines and automation processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation types, scripts, SFTP/FTP, data storage, and server maintenance.
- Ensure data sources for new bots or modifications to existing bots' sources are updated in our Disaster Recovery Plans for ERP.
- Design and develop automated ad-hoc reports for software applications as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP system administration or equivalent.
- Project Management experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL server administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL programming.
- Intermediate knowledge of Visual Basic for scripting.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal & written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Trintech products: ReconNET, PeopleSoft, SAP.
- Experience writing process design documentation.
- Proficiency in database performance, maintenance, backup, and recovery processes.
- Experience with Visio, SharePoint 365, and Rocket Shuttle.
