Account Management Supervisor

At Te Connectivity, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Management Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned geographic territory, industry, or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve departmental objectives and meet sales and customer experience goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to develop and grow customer relationships through lead generation, opportunity pipeline development, and customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Recruit and develop a strong talent bench to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Champion transformation initiatives and drive change management efforts within the team.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset within the team.
  • Liaise effectively with internal business partners to resolve customer inquiries and requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a contact center environment.
  • Proven success record of change management efforts in Customer Care & Sales.
  • Proven experience leading large and multi-layered teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively and directly with all levels of the organization.
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus.
