The role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a critical part in this effort by supporting the strategic transformation of our Total Rewards Global Capability group. This team works closely with various sectors, including Corporate, Global, PBNA, and PFNA, to develop and implement innovative reward programs that drive business results and improve the employee experience.
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and documenting strategic initiatives aimed at improving the operational execution of global reward programs. You will also develop a deep understanding of client groups to support the development of new and existing reward programs, including focal point assignment, bonus team strategy, salary planning, campus rate strategy, external offer compliance, global pay equity, quarterly bonuses, and special projects.

- Client capability material development and delivery.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, mathematics, or related discipline.
Experience:
- English language fluency is required.
- Understanding of compensation survey data and benchmarking methodology.
- Demonstrated experience building client relationships using interpersonal and collaborative skills with internal client groups required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; should be an advanced user with experience linking multiple worksheets and external databases, using pivot tables, and writing nested functions.
- Familiarity and experience with HRIS systems and data maintenance.

$70,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience.
