Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to oversee the second shift in our aeronautical manufacturing sector.
This role involves defining work plans, ensuring adherence to safety and quality rules, managing resources effectively, and promoting continuous improvement and teamwork.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the aeronautical manufacturing sector and 3 years of leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead unionized operating personnel and define work plans for the second shift
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality rules, productivity targets, and resource management
- Promote staff development and a culture of health, safety, and respect
- Identify risks, develop strategies, and contain plans to mitigate them
- Foster continuous improvement and teamwork
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aeronautical manufacturing sector
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- An acceptable level of English language proficiency
- Strong communication skills for activity development and teamwork
- Availability to work during the second shift
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
