We are looking for a leader who is passionate about intuitive user-facing applications and cares deeply about an efficient end-user experience. If you have a few years of engineering experience in the native mobile computing space and are always looking to use the latest hardware and software solutions to provide something new and novel for users, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Lead the Home Capture team in delivering timely and high-quality products
- Grow individual contributors through mentorship and hiring
- Collaborate with leaders in Product, Design, Test, and partnering teams
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the team
- Mentor and grow impactful engineering teams
- 5+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor or team lead
- 2+ years in a management or tech leadership role
- Experience with native mobile engineering development or leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a preference for Computer Science degree
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and other key partners
- Experience driving the technical strategy and roadmap
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Proven experience mentoring and growing impactful engineering teams
