EHS Sustainability Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an EHS Sustainability Specialist to develop and coordinate the implementation of EHS strategies, in line with our overall group strategy, to deliver compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure EHS strategies are holistic and address long-term environmental sustainability, workplace conditions, management systems, and behaviors.
• Champion compliance with company principles, policies, and requirements related to EHS, including ISO/OHSAS certification, ISO 14001, and local legal requirements.
• Promote and engage all employees in EHS mindset through Continuous Improvement.
• Verify that all life cycle assessment and environment-related product communication conforms with group standards.
• Develop and implement specific tools and initiatives to increase awareness and capability in EHS and to achieve EHS objectives.

Requirements:

• Professional degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
• Knowledge of Government obligations regarding industrial safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
• Internal Auditor in OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001.
• English 80%, advance level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
