About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our global team of experts. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital transformation.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Research: Conducting contextual research to understand our end-users' needs and preferences.
  • Experiment: Designing and testing new interface ideas through workshops, prototyping, and user-testing.
  • Collaborate: Working closely with cross-functional teams to share information, value diverse ideas, and partner effectively with colleagues globally.
  • Deliver: Ensuring timely and well-managed deliverables that meet the highest standards.
  • Innovate: Empowered to try new approaches and learn new methodologies to drive innovation.
  • Inspire: Proactively communicating your work to both technical and non-technical audiences, articulating ideas clearly and compellingly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience.
  • A track record of professional design experience.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX Research methods to deliver insights.
  • Expertise in planning and running Design Thinking workshops with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation, and high-fidelity design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
  • A strong portfolio of work that illustrates your process, level of craft, and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with Agile development.
  • Confidence in working with a strong, passionate, fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graphic design skill.
  • Animation or motion graphics skill.
  • Familiarity with Data Science and AI concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to code HTML/JS functional prototypes.
