- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Provide technical support and guidance to inspectors and other team members as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality assurance and control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
