- Coordinate engineering changes and model year updates to minimize obsolescence and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor delivery performance and participate in production forecasting to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Generate monthly forecasts of production, sales, and inventory levels.
- Track inventory value and maintain direct contact with winery analysts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the reconciliation of finished products with the finance area.
- Follow up on delivery ratings and analyze excess and obsolete reports.
- Prepare CSR's and PEI's, and follow TS16949 procedures.
- Coordinate semiannual physical inventories to achieve a variation of less than 2% in reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- English proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Core Tools.
- Logistics knowledge and experience with SEM System.
