Overview

As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business teams by creating, executing, and populating commercial area information with standard reports and BI tools.

As a key point of contact between business and technology teams, you will troubleshoot data and performance issues, work with functional teams to gather requirements, and document needs. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you optimize processes, establish efficient tracking and escalation procedures, and oversee the onboarding of new reports and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing requests and issues to provide solutions using existing reporting tools or enhancing new functionalities.
  • Optimizing processes by leveraging best practices.
  • Establishing processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
  • Ensuring appropriate customer escalations.
  • Overseeing the onboarding of new reports and services by training end-user communities.
  • Participating in activities to improve performance and/or ensure SLAs.
  • Consistently attending meetings with client subject matter experts to acquire functional business requirements.
  • Participating in continuous improvement meetings.
  • Responsible for Business Intelligence projects.
  • Executing reports according to SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Data & Analytics related field.
  • Good understanding of Business Analytics and Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate is a plus).
  • Proficient in creating dynamic dashboards and reports at different levels of detail using PepsiCo standards reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.).
  • Advanced English.
