Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance and Risk Management Analyst to join our team at CEMEX. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of our insurance and risk management strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of our insurance and risk management strategy, including commission billing, payments scheduling, audits management, analytics, and monthly reports.
- Provide analytics support for the placement and administration of global insurance programs, including Property, Marine, Marine P&I, Casualty, and others.
- Support the management of complex claims and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 to 4 years of work experience in Finance, Planning, Insurance, or equivalent areas.
- Technical skills for this role include proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, advanced Excel capabilities, and aptitude in articulating data-driven decisions.

- Internal: HR, GES, Legal, Finance, Tax, Shipping, Trading, Operations
- External: Insurance companies (Axa, Chubb, Qualitas, Ana Seguros, etc), insurance brokers (Aon, MARSH), advisors & consultants
